    Hi,
    question for you,
    Your techniques worked, to some extent, but I am be doing something wrong.
    There is great peace on some issues, but for example heart-break and longing, I stil fall into the pattern of hurt again. I wonder why? Also I don’t know if I am being able to question and reach the core. I have felt Oneness, yet its temporary. I don’t know how to listen to the heart. Rather strange, don’t you think as I used to be able to very clearly. What do you think.

    I loved reading your cause. It’s not selfish at all. You know, “You have to take care of yourself first, before you can take care of anyone else.” If you are not well, then you won’t have the resources to fulfill your mission. :)

  3. Hi Nur, I think that you might not have gotten to the core of the issues, so you’re cutting off the leaves of the tree, and not the root. For example, in the stream of consciousness post - http://www.urbanmonk.net/129/f.....l-mastery/
    I recommended finding out what you want. In my case, heart break was caused by needing love. So I purged “needing to love”.

    Also, play with all the different angles. Who do you need love from? Try different people. All women, All men? One specific person? God? Or perhaps - yourself?

    Lastly, sometimes there is just too much - and it takes a long time. As mentioned, some of my deepest wounds I’ve been purging for months and they are still there.

    And one more thing - sometimes there is fear, as described. Sometimes you really have to push through it. When I purged, sometimes when I get close to the core issue, I want to throw up, and so I stop. But that was wrong, I had to push through, so I went to the toilet and let myself throw up if I had to.

  4. Nur, also - when you say you feel Oneness, I’ve also felt the same thing, but it is just a state of peace and bliss - I was a bit disappointed to hear that it wasn’t Oneness. Please don’t hang on to that experience. Try releasing that experience too.

    I’m not exactly sure what you mean, when you say you can’t listen to the heart any more? Maybe its just a skill? It took me a long time to learn how to listen to my heart, and sometimes I forget as well. Just have to practice a bit more, maybe. Hope that helps.

  6. I’ve got trouble sticking to things so I’ll start with a small goal. I will do 20 slow push-ups and 20 crunches every morning for 27 days now. And maybe longer?

    After that I will attack the other points on your list.
